Course contents
String Academy 2026
Gstaad String Academy offers nine days of intense training classes with a team of excellent professors. The programme combines daily masterclasses, chamber music, individual coaching, and public performances – all carried by the spirit of Yehudi Menuhin, who once realised his own vision of musical mentorship here.
The public master class will take place from 20th of July until 28th of July 2026 at Hotel Landhaus and JFK International School in Saanen.
Courses and concerts will be accompanied by three piano accompanists:

Chamber Music
The interchange between the different classes plays an important role in this master class. The participants have the opportunity to rehearse chamber music works under the direction of one professor per group, to be performed together in a concert.
The chamber music works to be studied will be announced at a later date.
