Profile of requirements

The course is aimed at students and professional musicians who have completed a course of musical study.

Teaching will be given in German/English.

Participants should be between 16 and 24 years old. Exceptions can be made by arrangement.

About 17 string players will be selected as active participants by the professors and the academy.
Pre-selection is made by the professors on the basis of the applications.

The participants selected for the String Academy 2026 will be announced in mid-March at earliest.
