12 young conductors from 10 countries spend three weeks in an intense training course in Gstaad, Switzerland. There, they learn from some of the best how to truly capture the spirit of classical music. This year's maestro, Jaap Van Zweden, taught an amazing repertoire with Brahms and Wagner.
